Today I hit my 30 lb. mark in weight loss since I started running in March. Wooo Hooo! It's amazing what a little exercise will do. Watching THE BIGGEST LOSER from my couch didn't pay off as much as I thought it would.
To celebrate, I'm going to Round Rock Donuts to get a bag of donut holes and a Diet Coke. (The latter cancels out the former, so it's like it didn't happen.) :)
Running or walking. That's it. I got up to running 5 miles without stopping, but I only did that a few times. Usually I run 2.5-3.0 miles 3-4 times a week. I did eat smaller portions too. My stomach shrunk and now I get full on much less. But I still eat whatever I want - no crazy diets.

30 pounds in six months? Oh, man, that is my dream! Way to go. You're awesome. I hope you enjoyed those donuts. You deserve it!
Way to go! That is awesome. I wish I could run...I am such a wimp! Those donuts sound good. I think I might have to make a run to the donut shop!
Good for you! I've been running and have yet to lose any--still I keep hoping that if I give it a few months it will pay off.
So what exactly have you been doing to drop the weight? Kate is 15 months old today so I guess I'm out of excuses! HELP!!!
